At ABC, we have designed well-structured award nominations evaluation screening process which comprises three tier governance : Business level evaluation, internal jury evaluation & finally external jury evaluation process. The winners are finally selected by a jury mainly consisting of eminent members from external world and within Aditya Birla Group.

Stage 1 - Call for Nominations Kick starting of ABC Inspiration Awards process by calling for Nominations from each ABC business unit in the month of March every year. |
Stage 2 -Business level Evaluation First level screening by business unit SPOC along with ABC Award committee basis eligibility check. This is followed by getting nomination forms from eligible nominees. |

Stage 3 – Internal Jury Evaluation All eligible nominations go through internal jury evaluation process where each entry is ranked by jury panellist. Finally nominations are shortlisted basis consensus score. |
Stage 4 – External Jury Evaluation An external jury meet at our office and goes through face-to-face presentation by shortlisted nominations followed by scoring by each jury, consenses and Winner finalisation. |

Stage 5 – ABC Day Glittering venues, world-renowned speakers, star-studded acts, awe-inspiring entertainment shows -- these form the backdrop to a spectacle that forms the heart of the ABC’s recognition initiative, a glorious gesture of appreciation for outstanding performance at the workplace. |
