About Functional Excellence Team Award

Functional Excellence Team award is given to those functional teams who have delivered benchmarked performance towards functional targets, institutionalized innovative practices, solutions with clear focus on scalability and sustenance, empowered team to leverage latest cutting-edge technology which led to competitive edge to the ABC.

Scoring Methodology

Evaluation of each entry on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being low visibility/display of criteria points and 10 being very high level of visibility/display of criteria points by the nominees  

Evaluation Criteria

Exceptional behaviors in the following areas:

Exceptional Results/Impact	Rating based on achievement of significant business impact delivered by Team through execution of new age technology/best practices significantly impacting operational efficiency, productivity and  customer experience.
Approach & Deployment of Industry leading Practices/Systems	Rating based on structured approach followed by the Team while deployment of Industry leading Practices, Processes, systems or products  which results into benchmark Performance.
Execution Focus	Rating based on degree of execution focus while implementing initiatives w.r.t. managing scope, timelines, synergy/collaboration within and between teams.
Sustenance of Results	Rating based on degree of sustenance of results for consistently good period of time (3-6 months) with clear demonstration of scalability of results through replication of best practices within /Between BU’s
