About Leadership & Role Model Award

The Leadership award is one of the most coveted awards at ABC and is given to a person who lives the ABC vision & leadership attributes. The acknowledgement is for creating a competitive edge & contributing significantly to realize the Vision of Aditya Birla Capital.

Scoring Methodology

Evaluation of each entry on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being low visibility/display of criteria points and 10 being very high level of visibility/display of criteria points by the nominees  

Evaluation Criteria

Exceptional behaviors in the following areas:

Financial Impact	Exceptional Contributions made by the individual leader on topline as well as bottom line growth thus realizing One ABC vision with his/her vision, exemplary foresight, strategic planning, and leadership abilities.
Organization Building	Transformational practices, innovative solutions envisioned and institutionalized Building strong ABC foundation through best-in-class practices, high performance working team and capitalizing functional and BU strength towards world class organization. Integration of policies and practices towards creation of one ABC.
Championing ABG Values	Display of ABG Values (Seamlessness, Speed, Passion, Integrity, Commitment) and Key Behavioral Anchors – IM ABC (Integrity & Governance, Digital Mindset, Accountability & Ownership, Be Collaborative & Sensitive, Customer First)
Nurturing Team	Inspire people and create a culture of involvement, empowerment, and accountability, at all levels, Promote collaboration, mutual support and team-work amongst the people to enhance stakeholder’s value, recognize both team and individual efforts in a timely and appropriate manner.
