About Leadership & Role Model Award

The Leadership award is one of the most coveted awards at ABC and is given to a person who lives the ABC vision & leadership attributes. The acknowledgement is for creating a competitive edge & contributing significantly to realize the Vision of Aditya Birla Capital.

Scoring Methodology

Evaluation of each entry on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being low visibility/display of criteria points and 10 being very high level of visibility/display of criteria points by the nominees  

Evaluation Criteria

Exceptional behaviors in the following areas:

Leading with Vision	Living the ABC vision by being role model and leader in every aspect and consistently delivering superior returns to shareholders and other stakeholders. Outstanding business results delivered by nominee which can be attributed to his/her vision, exemplary foresight, strategic planning and leadership abilities.
Nurturing Culture of Excellence	Strong focus towards nurturing culture of excellence, involvement, empowerment, and accountability, at all levels and thus building strong ABC foundation through best in class practices, high performance working team Championing Organizational Change by anticipating & leading from the front on transformational changes arising out of disruption in tech, market, competition, etc.
Fostering Customer centricity & Innovation	Building & promoting culture of innovation across all aspects including process, product & service innovation to ensure company is always ahead of competition and delivers sustained stakeholder returns.Empowering team in exhibiting customer-centric behaviour & creating a consistent customer experience across all touch points.
